Positive: Four nights at Pinorich Hotel, four nights of pampering. Exceptional experience from start to finish. Rooms are named after people. I stayed in Richard with a stunning pool view. The hospitality melted my heart. On one morning I barely touched breakfast and my new friend, Frankline who works there noticed right away. He kindly offered to prepare something else. I truly felt valued.

Positive: It is a nice place with a great concept, fast service and good parking space. The exterior is great but the interior is where I have an issue. As much as I like white, too much of it doesn't make sense to me. Imagine a room where everything is white, walls, bedsheets, table, chair, wardrobe and so on. It is too much. I feel like blending the colors would make it look more mature. I was even afraid to touch things freely because I feared , I might stain it. Their service, though, is top-notch.

I was impressed by the manager's discipline and dedication to customer care. He took a firm stance on a guest who smoked in the room and the scent could be perceived by anyone at the corridor, showing he prioritizes a pleasant experience for all. My fellow guest and I had to intervene to calm him down after he had already taken a firm decision to chase the client out of the room. It showed his commitment to maintaining a great atmosphere. I really admired his actions.

Positive: Entering Buea on Monday was quite intimidating due to the unfavorable reports about Mondays in the Anglophone regions of Cameroon. Therefore, I requested for a reliable vehicle, which the company kindly assisted me in obtaining, ensuring my safety. Before my booking at Pinorich Hotel, I had already been informed about the poor road conditions through the reviews here, so my focus was no longer the road but on the customer service which didn't disappoint me. The staff were very caring, kind and engaging. I highly recommend Pinorich Hotel.

Positive: After reading reviews on Booking, I decided to spend a night at Pinorich Hotel. While the clean environment and good infrastructure were notable, I was most impressed by the manager's handling of a power outage. The generator was malfunctioning due to a battery issue, but he promptly got a replacement and power was restored within minutes. He personally explained the situation not only to me but also to all other guests and checked in on me, demonstrating exceptional dedication to service. Notably, his efforts left a lasting impression and even if I had slept in the dark, I would have still carried a smile along. Go and get the experience.
